Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Free standard shipping on orders over $50 (worldwide).
• Standard shipping (7–14 business days): calculated at checkout.
• Express shipping (3–7 business days): available at checkout for select regions.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. Lost packages are eligible for a replacement or full refund after the carrier confirms loss.

We want you to love what you order. If you don't, we offer 30-day hassle-free returns on unused items.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

• Email us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
• We'll reply with a return address and instructions within 24 hours.
• Ship the item back using a tracked service and share the tracking number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or variant, please return the original item and place a new order. Refunds for returns are processed separately from new purchases.
